Investors in People (IiP)

Our business units were reviewed against the IiP standard, largely by our own assessment team. In 2002-03 we will launch a rolling programme of post-recognition reviews conducted by a managing assessor on behalf of IiP (UK). This will maintain our IiP recognition and identify areas for improvement.
